These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RehabExo Healthcare website, mobile applications, online platform, and healthcare-related services.
By accessing rehabexohealthcare.com, downloading or using the RehabExo Healthcare application on iOS or Android, creating an account, booking a service, making a payment, or using any service provided through the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the RehabExo Healthcare website, application, or services.
1. ABOUT REHABEXO HEALTHCARE
RehabExo Healthcare is a technology-enabled healthcare and rehabilitation service platform that facilitates access to rehabilitation and therapy services.
Depending on availability in your location, services may include:
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Rehabilitation services
- Home-based therapy
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Mobility and functional rehabilitation
- Other allied healthcare services offered through the platform
Services, therapists, locations, availability, and appointment timings may vary.
RehabExo Healthcare may facilitate connections between patients and qualified healthcare professionals and may coordinate appointments, payments, communications, and other administrative activities.
2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
RehabExo Healthcare is not an emergency medical service and is not a substitute for emergency medical care, hospital care, or professional medical diagnosis.
Information available through the website or application, including articles, educational material, videos, exercises, general recommendations, and technology-assisted information, is provided for general informational purposes.
Such information should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not rely solely on information available through RehabExo Healthcare to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
A healthcare professional may assess your condition and determine an appropriate therapy plan based on your individual circumstances.
Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe injury, difficulty breathing, chest pain, loss of consciousness, suspected stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, sudden severe weakness, or another potentially life-threatening condition, contact your local emergency service or visit the nearest emergency department immediately.
Do not wait for a RehabExo Healthcare appointment or response.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use RehabExo Healthcare.
If services are being booked for:
- a child or minor;
- an elderly person;
- a person who cannot legally provide consent; or
- another person requiring assistance,
the booking should be made by an authorised parent, guardian, caregiver, or legally authorised representative where required.
You are responsible for ensuring that information provided on behalf of another person is accurate.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Information may include:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Age/date of birth
- Address
- Location
- Patient information
- Relevant healthcare information
- Emergency contact information
- Payment information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should notify RehabExo Healthcare promptly.
5. HEALTH INFORMATION
To provide appropriate rehabilitation services, RehabExo Healthcare and/or the relevant healthcare professional may require information relating to your health and therapy needs.
You agree to provide accurate and relevant information, including where applicable:
- Existing medical conditions
- Previous injuries
- Surgeries
- Current symptoms
- Allergies
- Relevant medications
- Previous therapy
- Current treatment
- Medical reports
- Relevant restrictions or precautions
Providing incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may affect the safety and suitability of the service.
RehabExo Healthcare will not be responsible for consequences resulting from materially inaccurate or deliberately withheld information provided by a user, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
RehabExo Healthcare may facilitate access to qualified therapists, clinicians, healthcare professionals, or service providers.
Healthcare professionals are responsible for exercising appropriate professional judgment within the scope of their qualifications, training, registration, and applicable laws and regulations.
A healthcare professional may determine that:
- a particular therapy is unsuitable;
- additional medical evaluation is required;
- a session needs to be modified;
- a session should be discontinued; or
- the patient should seek emergency or specialist medical care.
Users agree to respect reasonable professional and safety decisions made during a therapy session.
7. THERAPIST AVAILABILITY
Therapist availability displayed on the platform may change.
A booking request is not necessarily confirmed until the appointment has been confirmed through the applicable RehabExo Healthcare booking process.
RehabExo Healthcare may, where necessary:
- assign a suitable therapist;
- change the assigned therapist;
- reschedule an appointment;
- change the appointment time;
- cancel an appointment; or
- discontinue service availability in a particular location.
Where reasonably possible, users will be informed of material changes.
8. HOME VISIT SERVICES
Where home-based therapy is available, the patient is responsible for providing a reasonably safe and suitable environment for the therapy session.
The patient or person responsible for the premises should:
- provide the correct address;
- provide reasonable access to the premises;
- disclose relevant safety concerns;
- provide adequate space for therapy where reasonably possible;
- ensure safe access for the therapist.
RehabExo Healthcare or the healthcare professional may refuse or discontinue a home visit where the environment presents a reasonable safety concern.
This may include situations involving:
- Threatening behaviour
- Physical or verbal abuse
- Harassment
- Aggressive animals
- Unsafe premises
- Hazardous conditions
- Illegal activities
- Inappropriate behaviour
- Any other situation presenting a reasonable safety risk
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use RehabExo Healthcare lawfully and respectfully.
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Impersonate another person.
- Impersonate a healthcare professional or RehabExo Healthcare representative.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or discriminate against therapists or staff.
- Engage in sexually inappropriate behaviour toward therapists or staff.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the platform.
- Introduce malware or harmful code.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the application.
- Misuse promotional offers.
- Provide fraudulent payment information.
- Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings.
- Misuse another person’s account.
- Attempt to bypass authorised booking or payment procedures.
- Use RehabExo Healthcare services for purposes unrelated to legitimate healthcare or rehabilitation.
RehabExo Healthcare may suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
10. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
Appointments may be requested through:
- RehabExo Healthcare website
- RehabExo Healthcare mobile application
- WhatsApp or other authorised communication channels
- Telephone
- Other booking channels made available by RehabExo Healthcare
Appointment information may include:
- Service type
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Therapist
- Session duration
- Price
- Additional instructions
An appointment becomes confirmed only after confirmation through the applicable booking process.
11. SESSION DURATION AND LATE ARRIVAL
The duration of a session will depend on the service booked.
Patients are expected to be available at the agreed appointment time.
If a patient arrives late or is unavailable when the therapist arrives, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time where the therapist has another appointment.
RehabExo Healthcare is not required to extend a session because of patient delay.
12. PRICING
Prices for services will be displayed or communicated before booking wherever reasonably possible.
Prices may vary based on:
- Type of therapy
- Session duration
- Location
- Therapist
- Number of sessions
- Specialised services
- Promotional offers
- Other applicable factors
You agree to pay the applicable price displayed or communicated at the time of booking.
13. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with the applicable payment provider’s terms.
Where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment gateway, RehabExo Healthcare may not directly store complete payment-card information.
Payment confirmation may be required before a booking is considered confirmed.
14. TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Applicable taxes, government charges, service charges, travel-related charges, or other disclosed fees may apply.
Any applicable charges will be communicated or displayed wherever reasonably possible before payment.
15. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the particular service.
Factors that may affect cancellation charges include:
- Time remaining before the appointment
- Whether a therapist has already been assigned
- Whether the therapist has started travelling
- Whether the service has commenced
- Other circumstances associated with the booking
The cancellation and refund terms displayed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
16. THERAPIST CANCELLATION
If a therapist becomes unavailable, RehabExo Healthcare may attempt to:
- Assign another suitable therapist;
- Reschedule the appointment; or
- Offer another available appointment.
If RehabExo Healthcare cancels an appointment and a refund is applicable, the refund will be handled according to the applicable refund policy.
17. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the circumstances of cancellation.
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed to the original payment method or through another permitted method.
Bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other financial institution processing times may affect the time taken for the refund to reach the customer.
Refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
18. THERAPY OUTCOMES
Every patient responds differently to rehabilitation and therapy.
RehabExo Healthcare does not guarantee:
- Complete recovery
- A specific medical outcome
- A particular percentage of improvement
- A specific recovery period
- Elimination of pain
- Restoration of a particular physical function
- Any other specific therapeutic outcome
Results depend on numerous factors, including the patient’s condition, medical history, age, lifestyle, adherence to therapy, participation, underlying conditions, and other individual factors.
19. EXERCISES AND HOME PROGRAMS
A healthcare professional may recommend exercises, activities, therapy programs, or home-based rehabilitation.
Patients should follow professional instructions and should communicate any significant change in symptoms or condition.
If you experience severe or unusual symptoms, stop the activity where appropriate and seek appropriate professional or emergency medical assistance.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
RehabExo Healthcare may use third-party services including:
- Payment gateways
- SMS services
- Email services
- Cloud hosting
- Mapping services
- Location services
- Analytics
- Authentication providers
- Communication services
- App-store services
- Other technology providers
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
RehabExo Healthcare is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
21. MOBILE APPLICATION
RehabExo Healthcare may provide applications for iOS and Android devices.
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Copy the application;
- Modify the application;
- Reverse engineer the application;
- Attempt to extract source code;
- Circumvent security features;
- Create unauthorised versions;
- Interfere with application operation; or
- Use protected application materials to develop a competing service.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, internet connection, and other requirements necessary to use the application.
22. APP STORE TERMS
If you download the RehabExo Healthcare application through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use may also be subject to the applicable store’s terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing RehabExo Healthcare’s healthcare services.
The applicable app-store provider is not responsible for maintaining or supporting RehabExo Healthcare’s healthcare services.
23. LOCATION SERVICES
Certain features may use location information to:
- Determine service availability;
- Identify service areas;
- Facilitate home visits;
- Assist with navigation;
- Improve appointment accuracy.
You may control location permissions through your device settings.
Disabling location services may affect certain features of the application.
24. COMMUNICATIONS

- Cancellation notifications

is owned by or licensed to RehabExo Healthcare and is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected RehabExo Healthcare materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
28. WEBSITE AND APP CONTENT
RehabExo Healthcare makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information.
However, information may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, technical inaccuracies, or availability changes.

29. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

RehabExo Healthcare may introduce AI-assisted features.
AI-generated information is intended to support the user experience and should not be treated as a replacement for professional clinical judgment.
AI-generated information may contain errors or may not be suitable for a particular patient.
Clinical decisions should be made by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals based on the patient’s individual circumstances.
34. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RehabExo Healthcare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the website, application, or services.
This may include, where legally permissible:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of opportunity
- Service interruption
- Other indirect losses
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove statutory consumer rights.

44. SEVERABILITY

These Terms, together with the RehabExo Healthcare Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Patient Consent, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the RehabExo Healthcare platform and services.
47. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

- Downloading the RehabExo Healthcare application;
- Creating an account;
- Clicking “I Agree”;
- Booking a therapy service;
- Making a payment; or
- Using RehabExo Healthcare services,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable law.
